NCOIC WEBSITE

NCOIC was struggling with it's disjointed website since information on it was difficult to locate & hard to read. I impoved upon their foundation by rearranging the homepage links & eliminating excess graphics. I then made the giant flash rotator the focal design point to liven up the minal page design. Design, Coding, Concept & Direction were done by me.
